Summary: We have stayed there several times and always had a good experience. Bed was so comfortable, I'm contactimhthe manager to find out name of mattresses. Good breakfast that's included!

Summary: We see that improvements and updates are in process. We paid a premium for room with view. It was ok. Bathroom fan and door need attention. Screen door to patio needs new screen. Friendly service from desk and housekeeping.

Summary: Booked a suite for a family weekend. What room i booked online was not the room we received. There was supposed to be 2 queens and a bedroom with a king. Instead we got a king and queen bed in the main room and a pull out couch in the bedroom. I called the front desk to complain and was told they gave us the room we booked and didnt offer any explanation why it didnt match what i reserved. She just said a pull out couch was a bed. Um...not when it was supposed to be a king size bed. Plus the room was not as pictured as well. Dirty, torn carpet, bathroom tub was chipped and stained. Furniture cracked and living room furnishings were stained. "Courtyard" was messy. Our "courtyard " view was not much to look at. Apartment complex next door was noisy at night and we witnessed people enter the hotel gate by the pool from apartment complex. Breakfast was the same every morning and not as pictured. Stop posting pics of your hotel from a newly built one. It should be labeled as false advertisement. You definitely dont get what you pay for. Will not be back

Summary: Our familys experience was not the best. The bathroom was dirty, there was thick dust along the headboard on both beds.,and the coffeemaker was full of mold. We will not book again with this property.

Summary: We had a room that was spacious and had been recently renovated with the exception of the doors which were very worn and felt shabby despite new improvements elsewhere. Housekeeping is on request, but they don’t tell you that when you check in. For $300/night, I expected better than that.

Summary: This place was pretty decent and normal overall but I had tile in my room and it was so dirty the bottom of a brand new pair of white socks turned black walking on it. We asked them to clean the floors, which they did, but even wiping up the water after a shower the towel was nasty and covered in dirt. I had two babies with me. Nasty floors is the last thing you want your babies crawling around on. Also, there was chunks of toilet paper splatted on the wall and bathroom door

Summary: Owner/manager was pretty rude. I opted to pay at the property and he started charging my card 2 days before (I was denying the charge because I didn’t want to be charged twice) then called me the day of check-in to tell me I had 30 minutes to pay before they gave my reservation away (this was at 12:30 and check-in is at 4) I once again reminded him that I opted to pay at the hotel at check-in. He eventually let me pay at the property as I had requested. Breakfast was ok at best. Decent variety of foods but the “cooked” food tasted like trash. They also are doing construction. I assume to remodel the inside. While my room was fine there were a lot of boxes and tiles scattered around the hotel. The elevator was scary to the point of not trusting it.. it started moving before the doors were shut. Location is better than other Stevensville hotels. But I have had MUCH better experiences at the other hotels and paid considerably less. Overall I would suggest a different hotel unless the extra 4 mile drive means a lot to you
